AAU Nationals Championship
Team Breakdown vs. King of Court

Kenny Boynton SG Team Breakdown Class of 2009

Boynton proved he is one of the top half dozen players in the Class of 2009 in the national championship game. The smooth scorer can do it anyway the D gives him. He has a solid mid-range game and legit 3 point range. His perimeter shot is extremely streaky, but when he is on he can be unconscious. Scoring off the bounce is one thing that he is very good at in this early stage in his career. He scores his buckets in bunches. Defensively he moves his feet quick and creates pressure. Boynton is one of the elite 5-Star prospects in 2009 and will be a top 5 five player in the Class of 2009 rankings.

Brandon Knight PG Team Breakdown Class of 2010

Knight does not play like a sophomore. He is fast and quick. Those are two things that have helped make him a great on ball pressure defender. He has the ability to be special on the defensive end. Offensively he can score at all three levels, including an effective mid range game. Explosive would describe his speed and athleticism in the transition game. He is extremely smart for his age. Knight looked like the top player in the Class of 2010 in this game.

Eloy Vargas PF Team Breakdown Class of 2008

The strong bodied senior had a great game to close out the summer circuit. Vargas is very physical on the boards and blocks out well. Versatility is a big part of his game. His range goes all the way out to beyond the arc, but his speciality is his spin moves inside. He puts a soft touch on the ball around the hoop. Defensively he is tough interior defender and a superb shot blocker. Vargas has proved that he is a 5-Star prospect in 2008.

Delvon Roe SF King of Court Class of 2008 (Michigan St.)

Roe was a huge disappointment in his final outing of the year. On the good side Roe showed his athleticism and a solid hook shot inside. He loves to go left and gives no effort to disguise that. On this night his shot was not falling at all, but he does have a good form on his shot. Roe is a pure scorer and when the ball is not going in the rest of his game suffers. Roe was not good at all in this game, but he did lead his team to the title game and one game does not make an entire summer. Roe is still a lock for the top 10 in the Class of 2008.

Tom Pritchard C King of Court Class of 2008

Pritchard is a crafty scorer inside with good touch. He does have nimble feet and good footwork. He is outside of the top 100.
